Outdoor recreation in the area includes zip lines, trout fishing, white water rafting and kayaking, horseback riding, tubing, mountain coaster, golf, hiking on designated trails of varying lengths and difficulty, seasonal skiing, UTV guided tours, waterfalls, birding, photography, and off-road excursions. The Barn House is located on 95 acres of the “Summer Pasture” farm, surrounded by 100,000 acres of national forest. Waterfalls, designated hiking trails, 150’ suspension walking bridge, long-range views, meadows, apple trees, all ideal for photo ops and family fun are nearby. highlands outpost, located only two miles away, has recently added a mountain coaster to their already snow tubing and ice skating activities for the winter season!
