Summary: The property manager was pretty responsive. When we arrived after travelling all day we were held at the security gate for about 30 minutes until the property manager arrived and made arrangements to get our pass from the security gate and bring us the keys for the week. This should have been prearranged by the property manager with the security gate so guests are not held up in getting into the property. There were 6 of us staying in this unit for 7 nights. 3 rolls of toilet paper in the whole unit upon arrival and no paper towels. In addition there were only 6 bath towels upon arrival, our 4th day in there was a large bag of new bath towels at our front door. While this was good, they hot water in the bathrooms, it was warm coming out of the kitchen but was not reaching the bathrooms. They did come out and turn up the temp on the washould have been there upon our arrival . We couldnt get hot water into the showers after repoprting this they came out and turned up the water heater then no issues. I have rented 6 different vacation rentals in MX, the property manager always provides enough drinking water for the stay. we ran out the third day. After contacting them they did bring one more 5 gallon bottle (there were 6 empty bottles inthe unit), there should have been more knowing we had 6 people staing 7 nights! the hot tub was empty and dirty upon our arrival we were told it didnt work 3rd day in they came out and fixed it. This should have been done before we got there!
