This bedroom also has sliding doors that open out into the large grassed back yard. Overall there are four separate living areas split across two levels offering a space for everyone. Upstairs there is a combined kitchen/meals area with a large dining table and sliding doors that open on to the sun filled outdoor entertaining space, the perfect place to enjoy a cuppa in the morning or fire up the barbeque with family and friends in the evening. Overall the property has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16, and with three bathrooms throughout the property, there wont be a fight to get in the shower. Pets will be considered upon application, but please note, this property is not fully fenced. As an added bonus, and quite the rarity for holiday homes in Anglesea, the property has WiFi. payment terms – if you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
bookings made for arrivals between 20th december and 31st january, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of december For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
