Positive: Located near restaurants. Helpful staff. Interesting decor. Common areas with comfortable seating. Provided purified water for guests to access using jars to transport to rooms.

Negative: Difficult to recognize as hotel from exterior. No large exterior signage. Needs exterior paint job. Basic breakfast of only fruit, toast and cereal.

Summary: This modest hotel was in a good location. Basic clean room and friendly staff.
