the space
we are located just 2 miles from the airport $12 by taxi or Uber. We are close to the coastal trails, which has 11 miles of paved area to travel and 5 miles from great dining and shopping. Free bikes on hand to use.
not that you want to visit the hospital on vacation, but it is only 6 miles away

the back yard has a 6 foot fence all the way around and is perfect for pets and kids
other things to note
we purchased a foldable crib and highchair for those families with infants The backyard is the place to be. Outdoor carpet, grill, gas firepit, cornhole, and lots of chairs for naps.
i do have an air mattress for extra guests if needed
