Positive: The person who met us, James was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The setting was great seeing the animals roaming around in front of our chalet

Negative: We went there to take a break from city life and home, knowing we only have to bring ourselves and food. The Sunday, around 10h00, we need to ask them when is housekeeping cleaning the kitchen, to find out we need to pay an extra R100. I had to show James on the app, it says daily housekeeping, not about an extra charge. He always refer to the lady the owner said so. Not long after that they change it on the app, to additional charge. This incident spoiled our whole stay there. I am also not sure if we were supposed to get a remote, but we could only move around in an enclosed area, where the bar was we had to wait if we see one of the staff to open the gate, for us. \there were supposed to be a Tv in the room but we could not find it, (although it was good to detox from tv, but it is the world cup and some highlights, would have been good. I added the photos.
