our standard check in time is after 4pm and checkout time is at 10am If you require an early check in or late checkout, the earliest we allow for check in is 12pm and the latest we can allow for check out is 12pm. Otherwise, there will a flat fee of $500 for delayed checkout. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property.
we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security.
while we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
