da12 was renovated in august 2023 It is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Athens city centre.
it has been beautifully decorated with fashion designer items It is a large apartment of 129 square meters and it is located over two levels. It has a large living area with comfortable sitting, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
two of the bedrooms, one full bathroom and the living room / kitchen area are located on the ground floor One more sleeping area and a full bathroom are located in the basement area. (Second bathroom is split into two rooms; a shower and a WC).
it sleeps a total of 6 guests The blue bedroom overlooking the street has a dedicated queen size double bed. The second bedroom sleeps two in single beds. Two more guests sleep in the orange basement bedroom on a dedicated double bed.
it offers free wifi, smart tv (no tv channels) and a/c
you may use the a/c for heating or the radiators It has a washing machine / dryer as well as a clothes’ drying rack.
