For those interested in exploring the region, Peregian Beach South (access 67) is a 2.5km walk through a beautiful bush track, alternatively you can take a 4km drive to the patrolled beach at Peregian Beach Park. Locals and visitors alike love its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month. Head 5km south to Coolum, a friendly beachside town fronted by a large grassy beachfront park perfect for BBQ’s and backed by a shopping and entertainment strip featuring a range of dining and casual eateries or head 16km north to Noosa. guest access:
guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom home, double garage, pool and private gardens/courtyards throughout their stay The front room will be locked and is not available for guest use.
important things to note:
- as the home features original artwork and array of cultural artefacts from across the world and the multi-level fish pond feature is not covered, villa indah is best suited to adults or families with older/teenage children We do not accept bookings from guests with children under 13 years of age.
- we do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings, birthday parties or other occasions such as schoolies
- no additional guests other than those included in the booking are permitted
- in order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors after 9pm strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
- villa indah is pet friendly by application only prior to arrival (small dogs only) a $100 fee per/pet applies

- strictly no smoking is permitted within the home Due to the home’s indoor/outdoor design smoking is permitted out the front of the home only. The owners kindly ask that guests do not smoke in the rear gardens/courtyards.

- in the true sense of the sharing economy, villa indah is being offered exclusively to guests for a limited time only whilst its owners are on a short overseas work assignment The front room is locked and is not available for guest use.
- a security camera at the front of the home monitors and records activity in the driveway, garage and front of the home in order to protect and secure the property and ensure guest safety
- to take your villa indah experience to the next level we are happy to assist with booking a personal chef or in-house massage and day-spa treatments
dogs:
villa indah is pet friendly by application only Small dogs are welcome both inside and outside but we ask owners to ensure dogs are kept out of the gated back area in order to not disturb the fish.
when bringing dogs we ask that their flea, tick and worming treatments are current, that they are clean and dry before coming inside, that they are kept off furniture including couches and beds and that you clean up after them both inside (hair) and outside (in our garden)
most importantly if you are considering bringing your dog, please know that this home is best suited to guests who love to include their dogs in their holiday, we are not an alternative to a dog kennel and as such, ask that guests don't leave dogs unattended at any time Distressed dogs tend to bark and upset our neighbours as well as become destructive. Our pet fee is $100 per dog..
