La Solana is situated along a small private lane on a pine-clad mountainside 1 km from the picturesque old village of Capdepera. The house overlooks the fishing port and holiday resort of Cala Ratjada, (about 2 kms away), with views of the sea. It is ideal for families and adult groups and those seeking peace and quiet, yet is within easy reach of many shops, fine restaurants and night-life. Nearby are superb sandy beaches and secluded coves, the nearest being 10 minutes walk. There are terraces for both the house and the pool for sunbathing/dining. The property is the private family residence of the owner and is furnished to a very high standard in the traditional style with every modern amenity. A car is necessary, and rental can be arranged with pick-up at the airport, 60 minutes away.

From here you cannot see another house, only the green of the pines and the myrtle. The only thing to disturb your peace is the birdsong and the chirruping of cicadas in summer. There is a sun lounge with superb views of the bay-great for relaxed reading and catching the winter sunshine.
