you will have access to all three recreation centers in sea ranch The recreation centers are Del Mar (north), Moonraker (south), and Ohlson (midway). Del Mar has a large heated outdoor pool, two tennis courts, and saunas. Moonraker has a small heated outdoor pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and saunas. Ohlson has a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, three tennis courts, a half-basketball court, and a volleyball court. The amenities pass is attached to the parking pass you will receive at check-in. It only allows for six guests at a time. If you have more than six guests in the party and everyone wants to use the amenities at the same time, you will need to purchase a day pass from the HOA.
