you will enjoy a welcoming & charming apartment in a perfect central location whether you are familiar with the city or a newbie, everything is convenient and easy to find! (2nd floor apartment with no elevator)
my apartment is located in mar mikhael (the new trendy and arty area) in a busy street at the heart of the flashy neighbourhood it can be noisy during the night, especially on weekends.
when you leave my place, in 5 minutes, you reach gemmayzeh street or the armenian district, and in 10 minutes, you are in monot, downtown, or sassine square Crazy bars, fancy cocktails, and Beirut’ best restaurants are a few minutes away.
in about 20 minutes, you are in hamra (by service/cab) Airport is 30 minutes driving distance.
i am very flexible on check-in times Check-out is also very simple. (however, this depends if there is another guest staying there)
you will be renting from a native beiruti who knows the city like the back of his hand i am more than happy to answer any questions you may have while visiting so that you're guaranteed to have an awesome time !

an important note to he take into consideration:
please do not throw toilet paper inside the toilet it is a 1930 building the pipes are narrow
a backup power is provided during the main electricity cut off with a capacity of 10 amh where you can turn aircons but can't use washing machine and hot water in case you need to use any of these you should turn off other alliances accordingly
on other notes : due to the current situation in the country and to the un-availability to the fuel The generator providers are not able to cover 24/7 power anymore, so mainly, there will be at least 4 hours with no power with the hope that our government finds a solution.
