the outdoor area of the property features a paved patio area ideal for barbecuing and dining "al fresco" We do recommend though parents with small children to keep an eye for them in this area. A small pool, great for kids or just for adults to lounge in, is situated a few meters from the villa. A short path through the garden leads you directly on to the beach. The sea here is ideal for those who enjoy snorkeling and scuba-diving. The town of San Juan de los Terreros is just 5 km distance. Here you will find numerous good restaurants serving a variety of fresh seafood dishes. The romantic old town of Mojacar, perched high on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean is 30km away and right after this begins the "Cabo de Gata" natural reserve.
