4 brier patch is a luxury vacation retreat with top of the line amenities Perfect for enjoying friends and families on two floors of porches surrounded by hydrangeas. The large, beautifully-landscaped lot offers plenty of space to spread out in privacy. Open space surrounds the house offering Nantucket’s pristine beauty. Head east and bike to the beach ( ocean and an inland pond) less than one mile away or head west to the island’s bike path and a cranberry bog, just down the road.

beautifully appointed, 4 brier patch is an upside down house with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and master suites on each level The main house has 4 bedrooms with 3 .5 baths and the cottage has one large studio with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Both masters access their own porches. On the second floor, you find the kitchen, powder room, dining and living room along with a huge master bedroom with jetted tub and an extra- large shower for two! The dining room has the best vantage point from which to watch the famous Nantucket sunsets. "Interior is lovely and spacious with the perfect beachy vibe", writes a renter.
