today the hamlet is made up of:
a) the main and adjacent buildings, cleverly
restored contain the owner’s home plus
four comfortable apartments each with its
own kitchen and bathroom facilities
b) the swimming pool, 80 square meters in
area, 140 to 3.00 meters deep with a diving board, on
one side of the large garden
the pool has been renewed before summer 2017
c) 25 acres , some woodland and some
farmed (olive trees and vineyards)
