the entire tiny house and surrounding grounds (including sauna and pond) are available for guest use Please note, while Sage House does have its own dedicated outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, Weber grill, and Breeo firepit, both the pond and sauna are Camp amenities, which are shared among both tiny houses at Camp Greenwood.

sage house does have potable, filtered water, which runs through a custom filter retrofitted for our tiny home..this leads to water pressure that can be a little lighter than what you may be used to at home!
