If you are joining us in one unit, rest assured you will not be sharing any interior or exterior spaces with the other occupants, however as with a duplex, vertical and horizontal walls separate the two units and are shared. Typically, the construction team operates between 7:30am and 5pm Monday – Saturday, and based on the nature of construction, their work varies with the day. We appreciate your patience.
