The main living area offers an updated kitchen, comfortable living and dining room areas as well as 2 separate guest bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The top floor of the home allows access to the master suite quarters with an newly updated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private deck off the master bedroom and a the 4th bedroom is shared on this floor as well. New chair lifts have been installed externally from the pool area up the back staircase and internally from the main living floor to the top (3rd) floor for easier access as needed. This beautiful home also comes equipped with a heated pool (with chiller option for warm summer months), a large fenced in yard, and tasteful lawn and landscape designs.
