it is highly recommended that guests have a car or use ride sharing services since jacksonville's public transportation system leaves a lot to be desired
we are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.

summer - 70 to 85 degrees f
winter - 60 to 75 degrees f
please note that the patio located outside is designated as a shared space for both unit 3 and unit 4 As a result, it's important to understand that there may be occasions when the patio is not in pristine condition, as it is utilized by multiple guests. Since the patio is shared, it is inevitable that other guests will use it, and as a result, cleanliness can vary depending on their usage. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, but we kindly request your understanding in situations where the patio may not meet your expectations due to shared usage.
***finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the property or in any outdoor areas***
***if we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***.
