- family: travel crib and high chair are at the property for guest use

- fireplaces: due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use

- a rental agreement and id will be required to complete your reservation
- the card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the rental agreement
- per paradise valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense
- a complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property
- last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit
