This spacious & cheerful home is perfect for multiple families & is very kid friendly & includes a "kid barn", tree house, heated pool (June-Sept), & hot tub (year round). Riding distance to Lunch Loops Trail Head for mountain biking & hiking. Minutes to shopping & restaurants Downtown, The Colorado National Monument, golfing, wine tasting tours, floating the river, & downhill skiing at Powderhorn!

There is ample and free parking at the house. The hill to get to the house is a tight hair pin turn but most vehicles can make it no problem in good weather..
