we reserve the right, if you refuse to leave our property in a timely manner, to call on the local authorities for assistance as you would be considered trespassing

no unapproved events permitted Video doorbell and other exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages from professional cleaners, contractors, and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost or up to $10,000. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated, with no refund. Refusing to leave the premises when the policy is violated, will result in the authorities being called to forcibly remove all trespassers. House parties also subject to a $1,000 fine.
