Bedroom 4 has 2 Double Beds and the 5th Bedroom has a Plush Queen Bed and shares Bathroom 4. There is an additional pull out couch in The Den. Making for a total of 7 Beds. The Kitchen has it all, coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, wine rack, dishes, Vita-mix, utensils. The home has SONOS speakers in all the living spaces. All the TVs in the home are smart with Netflix, Amazon and you have full Direct TV Line up including HBO, Showtime & ESPN. The Living Room has Apple TV and a fire stick. You also have a BBQ with 2 propane tanks. All of the bathrooms have plenty of towels extra sheets and bedding in all the closets. POOL Caddy With Plus Towels. The home is completely gated for ultimate privacy.
