Negative: Rodents, over run with mice,the place was dirty,the beds in the basement didn't appear to have clean sheets on them,and then we ran out of water,so after we set out traps and caught a lot of mice,and bought cleaning supplies, save on water,it was a nice place, but way over priced for the condition the place was in,SUGGESTION,get professional cleaners!
