this 3-1/2 story eclectic tudor revival home, built in 1910 by grant wilson deming ,was one of the first in the neighborhood Sitting on a double wide gently curved corner lot, the home boasts 4724 sq feet with an incredible amount of natural light and storage. Upon entering the property, you notice the large front porch with a dining set and lounging set on opposite sides. Inside, the house was recently professionally decorated to highlight old features, now mixed with modern touches. On the first floor, there is an office overlooking the front yard, spacious living room, cozy reading room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen with antique stove, roomy family room with big-screen TV and an antique half bathroom. There is a small, glass-enclosed greenhouse attached to the kitchen and access to the lush backyard. There are two sets of stairs leading to the next floor, which features an expansive laundry room with two washers and dryers and lots of room for storage (home to a former seamstress) and a full bathroom with a tub shower. Going up to floor 2, you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom with tub shower, a bedroom with two built-in twin beds, a small nursery with a crib and the primary bedroom. Floor 3 features a large playroom and elegant queen bedroom.
