Summary: Upon entering the apartment my wife asked, “How did you get this place?” The purpose of our trip was to spend time with our son, stationed by the US Navy in Italy. He was attending a meeting of Navy dentists in Philly. This apartment was directly across from Independence Mall, where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed! The liberty bell was also on the opposite corner. One bedroom with the bathroom on the same level. Sidewalk restaurant on the next street. We will never forget this lesson in American History.
