Positive: There was plenty of room for all of us. The billiard table and games helped to entertain the children and adults

Negative: We had a rocky start to our stay where the front door would not lock and the downstairs toilet would not work for the three days of our stay. Each of these were addressed promptly by the agent. There was no broom to sweep the floors The cobwebs need to be removed. For a Bush Fire Prone area the Gutters need to be cleaned out
