safety: please note there is direct access to the lake from the property This property also has two levels, with balconies on both levels of the property. Children have to be supervised at all times and use of any of the areas is at the guests own risk.
kayaks: we have kayaks for our personal use and don’t
mind if used by guests The use is at guests OWN RISK and as above children have to be supervised. We advise to not use them if not a confident swimmer or confident around water.
