other house rules:
1 If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

6 for noise complaints:
61 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out.
62. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
7 No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

* check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed upon with the host If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking in, the guest will be charged $100.
* any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check-out will be passed on to you
