Summary: Absolutely loved the complimentary snacks in the lobby and cold drinks in our room. Everything was clean and very high quality. My only complaint would be that while the vast windows were beautiful, the curtains were not easy to close. My 80 year old aunt stood on a rolling chair trying to shut the high drapes above her bed. Also there were no clocks in the room whatsoever. But overall I would say the good far outweighed the bad. Although parking on the small lot was was extremely tight and a bit scary the location was perfect. Close to pretty much everything and just a short drive to Shenandoah where you will not want to miss the sunset views.
