Positive: Manager met us at check-in, helped us with our bags, and gave us a detailed tour of the flat, explaining the facilities and how to use the appliances. She is easygoing, but she always answered our messages quickly. There was a lot of room, including a big balcony outside. The location was wonderful because it was close to the airport and in the city
