-please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor kitchen fireplace please clean up any garbage left around this area and use caution when enjoying a fire
-parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc all must be cleared by the host prior to booking
-respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 9pm if there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from property
