rules:
1 Check in after 4 pm. Check out by 11 am. our office hours are between 8 am - 9 pm, please communicate between those hours!
2 Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 4 total adults plus one child. If someone is planning to sleep on the futon, please bring a sleeping bag. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee.
3 No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the room. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
4 Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (Pool, fire pit, yard games, etc.) please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds, bears, and other animals that make a mess.

three rivers is a beautiful town home to tons of wildlife including deer, wild turkey, and more the sequoia motel is just minutes from the three rivers local shops and restaurants and the entrance to sequoia national park!

we suggest guests use their own vehicles to get around! uber/lyft are not available in remote areas
