Summary: Absolutely loved our 1 night stay in ‘Fern’. If you want a one bedroom room that’s really more of a private little lodge with a renovated bathroom and very cute kitchen, this is the place for you. Private but close to town. 21st C touches like automatic check-in with code (provided via text) was great. Room was spotless and retained charm of why one visits Idyllwild.
