this comfortable 5 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated in a private neighborhood and offers spacious living and comfortable furnishings for up to 10 guests! a quick, 5 minute walk takes you to a private association beach on beautiful cape cod bay The main living space features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, eat-in dining area, and cozy living room with brand new furniture. Sliders from the living area enter into a cute, screened breezeway area complete with dining table. There are four bedrooms, two with a full-sized bed in each and two with two twin sized beds in each, all with a breezy, seaside feel. All four bedrooms offer a window AC unit for added sleeping comfort. There is a full bath off the hallway with tub/shower combination. Attached to the main living area via the breezeway are separate living quarters complete with a queen-sized bed, AC unit, additional full bath, and small screened area. Separate living quarters could be perfect for a nanny or couple for added privacy, while still being a part of the family vacation! Outside, enjoy evening barbecues on the deck complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, or rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.
