-there are three levels in this house First floor has a private suite (Room #102) - has a king bed, private bath and living room. The second floor has the dining room, kitchen, living room, half bathroom, deck and 2 bedrooms - #101 has a king bed with en-suite bath and #103 has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Third floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - #201 has a queen bed, #202 has a double bed with two twins, and #203 has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom.
-fun amenities! a large pool table is located in the living room and corn hole / horseshoe is provided for outdoor games
-there is plenty of space to explore around the property as it sits on 2 acres of land
-there are 4 tvs in the house They are located in the living room, Room 102, 103 and 203.
-there are three fireplaces - in the living room, suite #102 and room #103
-there is a koi pond on the property that sits beautifully beneath some trees and an outdoor seating area
-there is another rental at the bottom of this property There are no shared spaces, besides the driveway.

Dogs must be paid for at reservation time. If there is an unauthorized dog during the stay, a fee of $100 will be applied, plus the original pet fee. There is no fenced yard and pets must be on leashes at ALL TIMES and not left unattended in the cabin.
