pets are not allowed on furniture, and any accidents on the carpet will incur cleaning fee
please clean up after your pet in all indoor and outdoor areas and respect the neighbors
events: events are allowed with permission and a $1500 damage deposit and signed rental agreement We use vacation management software Hostaway and will process the deposit and agreement via Hostaway.
*please remove your shoes before entering the house to prevent tracking in mud and rainwater
*smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house A $500 room recovery fee will be charged to guests who fail to comply.
