You will be sharing the peninsula with guests in the other two houses. However, you will be the only one to have access to The Garage-mahal. The Garage-Mahal is not shared with anyone.

this house is on lake catherine Entergy drains Lake Catherine every year for shoreline maintenance and general Lake Health. That means that FROM MID-NOVEMBER TO MID-MARCH THERE IS NO WATER UNDER THE DOCKS OR AROUND THE PENINSULA.
