This house may not be used to host pool parties, or any other parties, at this time.your safety is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

1Communication is key!Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests and their ages, who will be coming to the house. Max 8 guests allowed.
3 No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4 Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq), games, and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5 Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6 Please don't leave trash outside or leave the grill dirty where it will attract bugs, etc. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways. We appreciate your effort!.
