➞ have some work to do and calls to make? no problem There is a dedicated workstation/work room adjacent to the living room.
➞ take a break from work and sit on the swing in the porch There are curtains for privacy. Dogs can run freely in the fenced yard. You are in the downtown area, so you do have neighbors on both sides.
➞ after a long day of outdoor activities, take a hot shower in the remodeled bathroom Upstairs we have a King bed in one room, and queen bed in the other.

➞ there is a pet fee of $30 per pet for the entire stay Please let us know ahead of time. You will be responsible for any damages or waste they make.
➞ pickup day is every friday If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Thursday, and pull it back on Friday after they were emptied. Otherwise a dumping fee of $20 will be charged after your stay. Thank you so much for your help.
