Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A great place to stay, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms warm. The meals were delicious and good value but there was no red meat dishes on the menu e.g steak. There was a good variety of items in the continental breakfast and plenty of it. There was 5 different spreads, 2 types of bread, 4 cereals, muesli, porridge and fresh fruit, plus tea, coffee and milo/hot chocolate and muffins. It is easy to find and plenty of parking.
Negative: The staff could have been friendlier, some were great but others shouldn't have been dealing with the public.
Summary: A comfortable warm place to stay.
