“agave” is a clean and tidy fully furnished house offering:
- 5 bedrooms; fitted with 1 king bed, 2 queen size beds and 1 double bed and 1 set of bunk beds (all rooms equipped with ceiling fans except the bunk room)
- 3 comfortable lounge rooms with 2 fire places, great for the cold nights
- 3 bathrooms
- outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach
- kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils

we live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our neighbours and ensure that we comply with the new south wales regulations We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.
