Positive: Tertsa is a peaceful, quiet village on the southern coast of Heraklion. It's the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. The hotel looks just like the pictures, with spacious, modern rooms. All the amenities are as described.However, the level of cleanliness offered by the hotel is a point that needs to be addressed.

Negative: The reservation information lacks any description indicating that cleaning services are not included in the room rate. We were provided with only one pair of clean bed sheets per bed. The hotel offers a service to change towels and sheets and clean the room on the fifth day for an additional €30 fee, which was not specified on the booking page.
