Summary: This is a brand new hotel that looks great on the surface, but has multiple issues in the finishes. The front desk staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful when we had an issue with our room. I called the front desk, and took photos of the damages and trash left behind from previous occupants, but the front desk staff seem to have no idea how to respond.
