Positive: Best location and good room The personal are gentle and kind
Negative: The beach club is the opposite of the hotel. It's very nice but a big business to explore the costumers.. Everything is expensive and the manager and employees (like Sara), try to explore the expensive bills with a minimum of 20% more in tip. Evan if we try to change it they resist and are rude.. The music in is always to high for a beach club in a place like this.. It could be the best spot in Holbox, but you have to change the atitud in the beach club
