Positive: The staff member providing breakfast
Negative: The cramped room, which for the price I paid was a poor example of hospitality. The dark hair on the shower wall- I have short blond hair, there was no indication of multiple sets of stairs to climb which with a case was a problem. Welcome was perfunctory.
