welcome to villa charlotte! this family-and-pet-friendly villa with almost 1,800 square feet of living space is on a wonderfully maintained property with tropical landscaping It is beautifully renovated and ideally suited for a larger family or couples with kids traveling together. There are many charming quilts handmade by the owner throughout the home. It is in a quiet NE Cape Coral neighborhood with virtually equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte and Sanibel Island/Fort Myers Beach. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers.
living room/den: the living room is furnished with comfortable couches, one of which converts into a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen tv, perfect for a family movie night! from here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide sliding glass doors The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company, no matter what space you are using.
