This 200 acre property is a modern-yet rustic, clean and comfortable cabin located at the end of a private road. The cabin is private yet not too remote with nature at its doorstep. An easy 15 minute drive to Beverly, or 25 minute drive to Elkins and within a hour from Snowshoe, a hour and half from Canaan Valley or Timberline resort ski areas.
the property has a 1 acre stocked pond It features a covered pavilion with a swing and fire pit. A canoe is available for fishing or a relaxing ride around the water.
