Imagine yourself relaxing on the deck at the end of a busy day while your kids entertain themselves on the lawn and in the field leading to the cove. On the shore is a rocky beach and deep water anchorage (w/heavy mooring). The waterfront includes the use of a dinghy and a float. Or, on cooler days, curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book (well stocked library) while you look out through the french doors.
