"Our Lake Cottage" is a newly renovated, 2 BR/1BA, 400 sq ft cottage, nestled in a cove on scenic Lake Lure, NC. The main open area of "Our Cottage" includes a queen bed, adorable rustic woodburning stove, and full kitchen with a small eat in area for 2 . There is a bathroom off the main area with a large stone tiled shower. Off of the main area is an expansive deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs. Heading down the outside stairs, there is a separate entrance to a small bunk room with 3 built-in bunks (A perfect spot for kids or teens). Off of the bunk room is another deck. The boat house of "Our Cottage" is full of fun for the lake including a 14 ft two person canoe and inner tubes. If you have a larger group, please check out "Our Cabin" (VRBO #138638). It is a beautiful 3BR/3BA log cabin above "Our Cottage" and is adjoined by a boardwalk and steps. Renting both together would be perfect for a larger family getaway..
